As everyone has got a favourite colour different colours and fabrics have been carefully chosen and in the course of twelve working steps have been processed into lovable cuddly toys. In addition the identical design process of the Moupin made of felted loden:

The truly original broadcloth is a traditional product of alpine cloth factories. It is very workable and said to be quite robust– quite so when it comes to cuddling and fondling, be it children or adults enjoying themselves with their favourite toy.

But before all this can happen several steps are necessary: washing the fabric, applying and fixing the templates, cutting all parts, basting and carefully sewing it all together with a sewing machine. Not only is it important to ensure that the nearly 20 different parts are being put together correctly but also the composition of the colours (rather bright the belly and the seam but the body dark) needs to be slick yet cheerful. At last the Moupin is stuffed with Eco-Tex Standard 100 cotton and the eyes are fixed.
