Description

The charm’s shape is a further development of the already reduced and geometrically dissolved design of Hugin/Munin. Black and unprocessed pure-aniline leather with its characteristic surface pattern makes every charm a true one-off. A special cutting die is produced in Upper Austria to cut out Hugin’s shape. Then the edges are scorched. The die stamp is produced in Styria, and in Vienna a competent bookbinder makes the name Hugin/Mugin visible using pressure and heat. In Lower Austria the eye is pressed onto the leather by a special machine.

The yellow feet and the name tag are pulled through the invisible slit, the elastic strap is cut to the right length and all is closed up by a shrinking tube and a knot. Together with the doTerra fragrance oil and a flyer the now finished charm is put into the yellow organza bag.

It is fair to argue that the Hugin/Munin charm does get around a lot and therefore has a lot to tell. In addition to that it works like the „knot in the handkerchief“, as it keeps a thought that suddenly crosses your mind and reminds you of its realization. More about the Talisman HUGIN/ MUNIN STORY
